Sustainable Tourism Planning & Certification
I can help your destination, business or organization assess where you are along your sustainability journey. I will help set achievable goals and objectives based on your means and resources and develop an actionable plan to reach them. I can guide you in developing meaningful measures and create impactful reports that will help you grow your reputation and the trust of your guests. Importantly, I can help create a collaborative process to engage your team, partners and stakeholders. In my approach, I follow global standards and frameworks including the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the Global Sustainable Tourism Council’s Industry and Destination Criteria.

Experience Development
Tourism experiences are the heart and soul of your destination. When aligned with your ideal guests’ interests and desires, they will help create lasting benefits for your community. More than tourism products, experiences convey emotional connections between visitors and place. They generate memories, positive word of mouth, and repeat visits. I can help you tell your business, destination or organization’s unique stories through inspiring tourism experiences. I will guide your through the research, opportunity identification, ideation, scripting, pricing, communication, testing and iteration phases seamlessly…and we will have lots of fun along the way.

Project Management
I can become an integral part of your team for a day or a year. I take on the full life cycle of your project from ideation to celebration. This includes project development, partnerships, sourcing funding, grant writing, team management, measuring success, and reporting. My approach is efficient, transparent, collaborative and I deliver results on time and on budget while preserving healthy work relationships.

Training
Online or in person, I love creating educational content. I enjoy delivering content that resonates with my audience. I help people grow their understanding of regenerative tourism, destination management, marketing and communications, and governance. I also love to teach young people about tourism. I guide them on a path to the best economic sector. I aim to direct them towards a fulfilling career in tourism.
